    Event Description:

    The Southfield Area Chamber of Commerce hosts the State of the City address, presented by St. John Providence. This annual event brings together Southfield residents, businesses and government leaders to discuss the future of our city, build strategic partnerships and to network.

    What to expect? During the event, you will hear the annual economic report as well as learn about new initiatives impacting our city. 

    Who typically attends? We get a great mix of people to attend the State of the City; from City and State Officials to some of Southfield?s top corporate leaders and their employees, residents, and media.

    Why you should attend this event? The State of the City is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in meeting some of the fine people who help run our city on a daily basis. For businesses, both large and small, the State of the City is an opportunity to create connections that strengthen and drive Southfield businesses.

    How you can support? Through sponsorship of the State of the City, companies are featured, and their support of advancing the Southfield area?s economic growth is highlighted.
